Exterior house painting. How to do it ?

It is clear that they are outside the suffering inclement weather and are constantly exposed to the sun, which is why we must choose appropriate paint for the walls of our good looks and so the beauty of our house is extended.  





Surface Preparation
Outer walls cannot be used putties used indoors because they would not withstand rain and other atmospheric conditions. There are special exterior putties but certainly cement is the best solution.
A common problem is moisture in walls, shown breaking the plaster or coating that is attached to the wall on the outside. In this case you can add the patches to do some anti-moisture repellent compounds such as paste, or similar materials. The application form varies and finds the product packaging.
Once arrangements have dried remove the loose paint from the surface and sand the wall with 60 or 80 grit sandpaper to remove previous paint or plaster beads in new walls. If you have the same texture or just too rough to sand it, just brush to remove any dust that may have. There will be no need for sanding. It is a new wall or painted before you should apply a sealer fixative previous hand or products with similar characteristics, which does not absorb too much paint and fix better.


Tools to Use
Remember to cover the floor and proceeds to paint. You'd better use a wide roller and use the pole and brush or brush cut. If the wall is textured plaster or with a very thick, i.e. with many imperfections and gaps, you'd better get a long wool roll with about 20 to 30 mm.
Paint
Plastic exterior paint, acrylic latex coating for exterior or a similar product that resists well to weathering, water-based. Consulting the specialist paint store or business that will advise you of the right painted. You can also use lime-based paint.
