How to paintings the exterior and interior of a house ?

To paint the interior and the exterior of a house can be an overwhelming task, but if you have the time and the money, any beginner can learn how it is done.

Instructions
  1. Choose the color scheme for the exterior and interior of your home. 
  2. Choose a high gloss for each surface to be painted smooth gloss, eggshell, satin, semi-gloss or. 
  3. Prepare the house for the base and painting. Pressure washing the outside of the same. After that, scrape the dry walls with a wire brush to remove any loose paint. Seal all cracks and joints with sealant. Clean and wash all interior areas to be painted. 
  4. Remove all light fixtures, appliances, switches and electrical outlets that cover the walls and ceilings. Unscrew the tops of the doors, knobs, hinges, towel bars and anything you do not want to paint. Open the lid of the water tank of your bathrooms. 
  5. Masks everything in the house that does not want to paint. Masks the windows with masking tool for 12-inch masking paper rolls 12 inches. Place rags in places that do not want to paint. Run a line of masking paper over the edge of the floor in each room, and then covers the carpet and furniture with plastic under the floor edge paper. 
  6. Put primer on all wooden surfaces and walls of the house with a brush and portable stand. 
  7. All trim paints. Paint the outer edges around windows, doors and eaves. Paint the interior edges as base boards, chair rails and crown molding type. 
  8. Paint the inside and outside of the doors using spray paint. 
  9. Paint the outer body of your house. Stretch the paint on the walls with a roller to push into cracks, holes and crevices of the most porous surfaces. 
  10. Paint the interior of the rooms. Use a brush and portable media to reach the edge of the wall or ceiling. Paint around the edge of the wall a few inches of it. Paint the wall before the paint dries. Dip the roller into a bucket of paint over after each pass. Keep the roller wet with paint all the time for better coverage. 
  11. Paint a second layer over the entire surface showing patches of color of old paint. 
  12. Cleans clutter. Clean the spray paint, brushes and rollers first. Use a wire brush to clean the bristles of your brushes. Use a scraper to remove the extra paint roller and paint can. Use a garden hose to wash the rollers while they are in the frame to remove the extra paint. 
  13. Touch up all affected locations when withdrawing masking materials. Save all the tools and supplies that remain for the next job.
